This is a great old '31 Chevy 3 window coupe
that I bought from the original owner about 1959.
After spending some time in the army, in 1966,
I fixed it up as a street rod.
I got married in '67 and we drove it for a few years
as a first car and then demoted it to 2nd car.
In 1972, I parked it in the garage and did not work on it
until I retired in 1998.
I took the body off and had the frame sand-blasted
I reinforced the body.
I rebuilt the 327- 300 hp engine # V1206XXB.
The crank is 10-10 and bored to 30,000.
The camshaft is new and is a Crane.
It is a stock 350 hp, 327.
It has Offenhauser intake and valve covers.
New parts include ceramic headers, alternator,
starter and water pump.
The radiator is new and has transmission coolers.
The gas tank has been boiled out and checked for leaks.
The transmission is a 350 turbo rebuilt with a shift kit.
It has a new drive shaft and a new under
the floorboard master cylinder.
It has new set of kingpins (un-installed).
All the body parts are steel and it has new wood,
some installed, some not.
All the parts are there to put the body back together,
full fendered, except the passenger side
outside door handle.
There is very, very, minor rust which I have included
The body is straight except for the rear fender
that my wife knocked down trying to run over a cadillac.
That fender needs some work.
