 This is a newly restored 1949 Ford F-1. It was built to be a daily driver. It was finished in April of this year. The new parts are as follows: Bumpers and brackets Complete AC system Stainless grille All badges Door handles Complete front end Front and rear fenders Complete bed and tailgate Wood in bed and metal liner Running boards Rims Tires - BF Goodrich Silvertown whitewalls Steering rack Custom aluminum radiator with trans cooler Electric fan SS taillights Gauges Fuel pump 19-gallon fuel cell 4R70W trans with shift kit 308 gears Complete brakes and lines Drive shaft Power windows CD with MP3 plug Tinted windows Carpet All seals All lines The power train is a 1998 4.6l fuel injected V8 with a 4R70W auto overdrive trans with a mild shift kit. This is a rust free truck from the Midwest. The bed cover is aluminum with a locking handle. The color is HOUSE OF KOLOR planet green. The cab has been done in Dynamat. The front end is independent suspension and the rear has the leaf springs under the axle with air shocks and the frame has been notched with bump stops. The exhaust is Flowmaster. The AC is from Old Air Products and is ice cold. The truck runs and drives great. The Speedo does not work, so I have a GPS installed to see speed. There is a very small dent on the driver side of the hood. It is very difficult to see anywhere but sitting in the truck. This is a very nice truck and gets a lot of attention. It has been to a few shows and has won a sponsors choice award.
