This is a last-year production California rust-free example of the small bird and has been subject to a full restoration some years ago. Owned by a retired California couple for over 15 years, the car shows well in its red exterior, with white vinyl convertible top and interior. Complete with the most desirable of options, the porthole hard top in matching red, the car is in excellent condition throughout. Paint shows good depth and shine, chrome and brightwork is excellent, tires are relatively new. Both tops are very good with only a little blurring of the rear window of the soft top. Interior is good on all surfaces with very little discoloration, and an excellent black carpet. The mechanicals are all excellent with the car's original V8 pulling strong, the automatic shifting smoothly, power steering is precise, suspension feels solid, and the upgraded to front disc brakes pull the car up quickly and straight. All electrical systems function perfectly, and the car has a radio/cassette player fitted to the original dash position. It comes with both original sets of keys.
